1:3 The Basics Group

Want to take better pictures of your kiddos? Love using that camera of yours but don't really know that much about it? Lets get you off auto and into the manual features of your camera!

This session is a 1:3 mentoring session specifically designed to work with you in a small group setting on the basics of your camera. During your session we will look at the different features of your camera having to do with ISO, shutter speeds, f-stops, and how to capture the best lighting indoors and outside (weather permitting). We will also talk about different types of scenarios in which you normally use your camera and would like to increase your skill (i.e. children's school performances, sporting events, parties, etc.)

This session will be four hours long. The first two hours will be going over the basics and photographing "still" items to get the hang of the different items we discuss. The next two hours will be live shooting. I can secure models for this time OR have your kiddos come and we can work with them!

For this session you need to be a non-professional with a DSLR and live in or near the Winchester, Virginia area OR be willing to travel to that area for the session to take place. (if you do not own a DSLR but are still interested PLEASE email me and we can discuss it further)

After your session is complete you will have access to me through emails/FB/etc. to ask questions for up to 6 weeks.
